His expertise includes project management, drilling optimization, complex well design and execution, and engineering design of extended reach, Deepwater, and HPHT projects.

Beginning as a drilling engineer in 1987, Shrikant has held various technical and management positions with prominent industry players, including Majors, Joint Ventures, NOCs, and Service Providers. His global experience spans multiple countries, where he has successfully led numerous complex, high-profile drilling and completion projects. He holds 10 patents and has authored numerous technical papers and articles. Building on his passion for knowledge sharing, he founded Drillopedia, a pioneering platform dedicated to facilitating global knowledge transfer in upstream oil and gas, thereby bridging the industry's knowledge transfer gap.
